Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By playing Starfall: Armada ("the Game"), operated by CashXChain UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Munich, Germany ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Your account

You may create an account with an email address or via Google. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent where permitted).

3. Virtual items, credits & the Battle Pass

• Credits, skins and other virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use features inside the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be traded outside the Game.
• The Battle Pass is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• We may add, change, or discontinue items, prices, and gameplay balance (including pay-to-win mechanics) at any time. Prices are shown before purchase.

4. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also accept Stripe's terms. Purchases of digital items are generally delivered immediately, and to the extent permitted by law you agree that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. Where mandatory consumer law grants you a refund or cancellation right (e.g. EU law), those rights are unaffected. For refund questions contact valentin.israel@cashxchain.com.

5. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with scores, reverse-engineer the service to gain unfair advantage, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, and may remove fraudulent leaderboard entries.

6. Availability & changes

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that progress will never be lost.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life or health). Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
